U4EA Technologies, a company that provides multi-service business gateways for IP communications solutions, has entered into a distribution agreement with Interlink Communications Systems, a Florida-based internetworking-focused specialty distribution company.
As per the agreement, Interlink will promote and market U4EA’s (News - Alert) Fusion multi-service business gateways to its national reseller and dealer network.
U4EA’s Fusion multi-service business gateway suite consists of three series of products: Fusion 200, 400, and 500 series. The three solutions act as all-in-one integrated Internet Protocol (IP) communications devices to enable secure delivery of mission-critical and time sensitive voice over IP (VoIP) and multimedia applications, with cost savings through integrated functionality and superior access bandwidth utilization, said the company.
All Fusion CPE products are built on U4EA’s QoS technology, GoS, which enables small and medium enterprises to maximize utilization of network access bandwidth and offer quality for critical real-time traffic such as voice or video calls, streaming media, and higher priority data traffic, said the company.
The U4EA Fusion series also features next generation network signaling gateways, which enable carriers to interconnect legacy networks and equipment with next generation networks, according to the company.
Scott Eudy, vice president of Marketing and Business Development at Interlink, said: “Interlink is very selective in the equipment we distribute to our resellers – only recommending products that are the most reliable and cost-effective in LAN and WAN networking.”
“U4EA’s Fusion multi-service business gateways are cutting-edge solutions for the delivery of integrated voice, data and video services, offering SMBs consolidated equipment, improved QoS and bandwidth utilization, high security and the latest Session Initiation Protocol (News - Alert) (SIP) functionality. We are delighted to partner with U4EA to offer the Fusion Series through our dedicated VoIP resellers and dealers,” added Eudy.
“As the multi-service business gateway category takes off, and demand for U4EA’s products grows, we will continue to look for the right avenues to expand distribution,” said Jay Bowker (News - Alert), vice president of Worldwide Sales at U4EA Technologies, in a statement. “We look forward to working with Interlink to bring the Fusion series to a whole new group of VARs and system integrators.”
