DIGITALK has assisted Focus Spirit, a provider of prepaid services in Malaysia, to migrate existing service network to DIGITALK’s (News - Alert) Multiservice Platform.

 

Prepaid services are now looking to provide their services to the users via broadband. While this provides ease of use and quick accessibility for users, the companies that provide these services can look to reduce costs and increase customer loyalty.

 

To achieve this goal, Focus Spirit will make use of DIGITALK MSP and unveil a wide variety of new and innovative products in the Malaysian market. This includes broadband related services such as Web Calling Card, Prepaid Calling Card, and Broadband Telephony.

Recently, the DIGITALK SIP Application Server has been certified as “XConnect (News - Alert) Ready” by XConnect. According to the company, the server has completed interoperability testing based on SIP signaling and ENUM queries with XConnect Federations. This allows the service providers to reduce termination costs, streamline operations and provide increasingly higher levels IP Communications features on a cross network basis to their clients.
