Hosted VoIP solutions provider deltathree has announced a new service provider agreement with WorldGate Communications (News - Alert), a provider of next generation video phones.

Under the terms of the agreement, deltathree will provide comprehensive digital voice and video services to WorldGate, which is reportedly gearing up to launch a new digital voice and video phone service in the U.S. in the fourth quarter. In addition deltathree (News - Alert) will provide back-end support services, including network management, billing, provisioning and eCommerce, as well as custom web and application development.
