Switchvox announced that its products are interoperable with Cbeyond’s (News - Alert) SIP

Trunking service, BeyondVoice with SIPconnect. Integration with Cbeyond’s managed services will enable Switchvox (News - Alert) to expand its channel partner community, as well as provide further support and services to its already established resellers.
Switchvox SMB and Switchvox SOHO provide affordable enterprise-class PBX

features for medium-sized businesses, as well as small home and office set-ups. Leveraging the interoperability, Switchvox’s and Cbeyond’s channel partners can now provide their customers with an affordable IP

PBX (News - Alert) system, Internet access, local and long distance voice service, and toll free numbers, among other features, all in one packaged offering.
“Switchvox’s IP PBX solutions provide SMBs with a reliable, stable, and affordable communications platform,” said Chris Gatch, chief technology officer of Cbeyond in a statement.
He continued: “When Switchvox is coupled with our BeyondVoice with SIPconnect service, smaller organizations that need as little capacity as four simultaneous calls can cost effectively have direct telephone numbers for all their employees and a business-grade voice service.”
Built from open source software, Switchvox uses open standards. Switchvox’s products are sold as turnkey solutions that include server hardware and pre-installed Switchvox software. As easy-to-use and manage products, the IP PBXs allow companies to make calls using traditional analog lines, as well as VoIP

services.
