Broadcore Enters into Agreement with ABS Telecom

Broadcore, a national provider of business-class hosted unified communications, entered into an agreement with ABS Telecom.

 
Thanks to the pact, ABS can now carry Broadcore’s entire service offering including Hosted Unified Communications (News - Alert) services, IP telephony, conferencing, messaging services, call center, mobility solutions and other communications solutions. ABS currently has customer locations in more than 10 states.
 
'ABS Telecom and its affiliate agents are excited about our new relationship with Broadcore (News - Alert),” Mark Koon, president of ABS Telecom, said in a statement.
 
Koon said that the company’s business customers expect a complete and robust hosted unified communications solution with the highest level of customer service and customization.
He said that this relationship allows the company to maintain advantage as a quality provider of complete telecom solutions.
 
'Broadcore is pleased to have formed this strategic association with ABS (News - Alert) Telecom,” Michael Bacich, director of sales, Broadcore, said.
 
Bacich said that with ABS Telecom, the company has quickly expanded its reach into the education vertical, and already achieved the status of being a finalist for a hosted communications opportunity for a school district with 36 schools in Salt Lake City.
 
Back in January Broadcore announced an agreement with Concierge Communications. With this agreement, Concierge will carry Broadcore’s entire service offering including Hosted Unified Communications services, IP telephony, conferencing, messaging, call center, mobility, and other communications solutions.
 
Concierge currently has customer locations utilizing hosted VoIP solutions in over 40 states

broker, representing over 40 different business communications providers.
 
Early in November Broadcore had announced Broadcore Unity, a set of expanded solutions for its integrated IP communications platform.
 
Broadcore Unity combines key voice and data communications elements designed to help businesses optimize their business processes and improve employee productivity.
Broadcore Unity combines various elements of data and voice communications including Call Control, IM, Presence, and six-way calling accessible through an intuitive, icon-based Windows client.
 
Broadcore Unity also provides expanded call control so that users can manage multiple calls through call control buttons on their desktop, as well as click-to-dial from their Outlook contacts or company directories. Broadcore Unity supports integration with LDAP compliant and SQL directories (including Active Directory and Lotus Notes) to provide contact lookup from a single interface. Other capabilities include in-depth service and profile configuration from the desktop.
