M5 Networks, CorData Serve the Greater Atlanta Area

By Anuradha Shukla, TMCnet Contributor

A partnership has been established between M5 Networks Inc. and CorData Inc. to market voice systems and IT infrastructure management in greater Atlanta area. M5 Networks (News - Alert) is based in New York city and specializes in business phone systems using voice over internet protocol (VoIP) technology.

The companies note that the customer expectations for business phone systems have changed due to the advances in VoIP technology. The services offered by traditional phone systems are inadequate to keep pace with customer expectations. Additional features such as hosted CRM integration, remote disaster recovery capabilities, plug and play remote worker capabilities, voicemail to email transcription and built in redundancy and back up are what the customers are looking for and VoIP technology from M5 Networks includes these features.

Cordata Inc. provides custom IT infrastructure solutions for various industries that include architecture, engineering and construction, financial planning and manufacturing.
The company can provide all the hardware, software and services required for keeping the network running at optimum performance. It can also help the client to complete the network project from concept to completion.

The partnership between M5 Networks and CorData Inc. can help them to combine their expertise to deliver the latest technology solutions to new and existing customers to drive growth in their operations in Atlanta. According to David Beagle, director of partner operations at M5, the combined resources of both the organizations can help companies to use technology to improve productivity. This is expected to benefit the customers and also both the companies.

Mathew Brown, CEO CorData stated that the partnership enables both the companies to use their technology expertise to provide maximum benefit to their customers. The customers will be able to get the network infrastructure and customized software solutions from a single source without making any compromises.

M5 Networks was in news last month for introducing its new hosted VoIP software platform, M5 Smart Business Phone (News - Alert) System.
