Recently the company enrolled in Arbinet (News - Alert)-thexchange, Inc.’s voice peering network, an electronic marketplace for communications trading, through its subsidiary, Digerati Networks, Inc. The enrollment will enable ATSI to market VoIP
services on its online trading platform.
Digerati Networks will share network resources with Arbinet’s existing 700 voice and data members, comprising of ten leading international carriers, including fixed, mobile and VoIP carriers, ISPs and content providers operating in more than 60 countries.
Arbinet’s Internet-based electronic platform eases the exchange of digital communications and has gained the trust of these telecommunications companies, who trade their voice, data, content and other value-added services over the P2P network.
ATSI Sr. Vice President of Technology and Operations Ruben Caraveo stated, “As a member of Arbinet, we not only have access to the 700+members as potential customers, but we can accelerate speed to market for our VoIP services by selling new routes almost immediately through Arbinet’s exchange platform.”
