When it comes to managed broadband, voice, security and hosting solutions, hosted VoIP expert RealLinx has certainly made its mark on the industry with its long-time mantra of bringing humanity back to telecom.
But for RealLinx, a provider of core solutions VoiceLinx, SecurityLinx and BroadbandLinx, it’s been quite a busy run with the increasingly heavy adoption of VoIP making waves in the SMB segment; and the company is more than ready to spread the word on the success of its products.
Come next week, RealLinx will be making its first-ever appearance at ITEXPO West 2011, this year’s largest communications technology conference and expo being held in Austin, Texas, Sept. 13 to 15. There, RealLinx will join other industry leaders, SMBS, enterprises and end users in gaining unparalleled knowledge of today’s latest communications technologies.
“We’re seeing this as our debutant ball,” Gabriel Diaz, president of RealLinx, told TMCnet in an interview. “Coming out and doing our first show at ITEXPO (News - Alert) is very exciting. We have a tremendous amount of confidence in what we do and what we deliver… and we’re happy to make a little bit of noise and let people know that we’re here and that we’re good at what we do – very good at what we do.”
Not only will RealLinx be displaying its three core products and distribution strategy, but the company will also be unveiling an all-new video conferencing service that will be distributed to the company’s national customer base of hosted voice business customers and service providers.
“The biggest disruptive force in the market right now is video,” said Diaz. “SMBs are finally looking at video conferencing as a solution because it’s becoming more affordable, and that’s where we are going as a company.”
It doesn’t stop there, however. RealLinx will also be rolling out at ITEXPO a 100 percent turnkey white label product that will not only include provisioning, support, billing and telco services, but will also incorporate all of RealLinx’s products.
As for the future, Diaz told TMCnet that the company will redirect much of its attention to solving the biggest pain point for SMBs: the reliance on LAN and PCs.
“We will be looking at technologies that simplify life for these SMBs in the same way we’ve done with voice, data and security. We want to drive home that cloud is a wonderful thing, as long as you can get to the cloud. We are that company that gets businesses reliably to the cloud,” Diaz said.
So, what is RealLinx most looking forward to about ITEXPO?
“Playing in the same sandbox as the bigger boys that have been around for awhile, as well as the opportunities that are going to come out of the show,” Diaz said. “We’re not a new company, and everyone interested in these core products should talk to us.”
