Polycom (News - Alert) has named TDS Telecommunications a Platinum Level Polycom Choice Partner for the third consecutive year.
This achievement is a cause to celebrate for Polycom as less than 5 percent of service providers have reached the Platinum status. This highest ranking in the Polycom Choice Partner program is awarded to partners who have proven their ability to deploy Polycom solutions at the highest standards.
This partner status gives customers the confidence that Polycom and TDS together can handle all their project needs including installation, ongoing support and management.
TDS Telecommunications provides VoIP services for businesses, and Polycom delivers open standards-based unified communications (UC).
“We’re proud of reaching Polycom’s elite level of expertise and performance,” said Tom Canfield, vice president of Commercial Marketing and Product Development at TDS. “It’s rewarding to know that our team is committed to excellence, and that so many organizations have gained a competitive advantage and accelerated their success through our managedIP Hosted service.”
TDS demonstrated best-of-class service and solutions to qualify for the platinum status and it currently operates more than 60,000 Polycom end points that support its hosted VoIP service named TDS managedIP Hosted.
Focusing on skills development and specialization, Polycom’s Choice Partner Program enables partners to demonstrate excellence in delivering communication solutions and an outstanding customer experience.
“The Polycom Choice Partner Program gives customers the confidence that by choosing TDS and Polycom, they’re selecting a world-class team to help them design and implement a world-class solution,” said Ron Myers, senior vice president, Global Channels at Polycom. “Through collaboration with Polycom, TDS is delivering VoIP solutions that power greater productivity and transform businesses.”
