Broadcore Announces Availability of Broadcore Collaborator

By Nathesh, TMCnet Contributor

Broadcore (News - Alert), a provider of cloud communications services, announced that its newly released ‘Broadcore Collaborator’ is a web collaboration product that enables seamless real-time multi-person video collaboration and desktop sharing for clients.

Through an extensible, highly scalable IP communications system, Broadcore offers a unified communications platform for voice (VoIP), data, and mobility communications across the enterprise and multi-location businesses. The new Broadcore Collaborator was designed to deliver feature-rich web and video conferencing options for hosting online meetings, webinars and training sessions.

One of the clients of Broadcore acknowledged that the ‘Broadcore Collaborator’ will allow its users to host online meetings, webinars and training sessions. It provides useful, efficiency-driven features that complement the existing Broadcore provided conference bridges.

According to the company, the Broadcore Collaborator provides useful, customizable, efficiency-driven features that simplify how today’s organizations manage and attend meetings. Companies now have face-to-face multi-person video as part of their collaboration efforts and can hope to deepen their engagements more.

They can easily and cost-effectively carry out a range of tasks from call scheduling, demonstrating products and hosting targeted webinars, to using desktop application or sharing. They will also have more capacity to drive revenue, reduce costs and increase operating efficiency.

Some of the notable benefits and features of Broadcore Collaborator are: intuitive interface that is rich and easy to use; multi-person video for sales and service teams to come face-to-face with customers; multiple language support: full end-to-end encryption – SSL and up to AES-256 encryption; integrated audio conferencing; closed captioning in live sessions and recordings; third party integration; lets users calculate emissions travel and cost savings; and more.

Recently, BroadSoft (News - Alert) profiled Broadcore in recent Xcelerate Webinar series and Broadcore and LightSquared signed wholesale services agreement.
