Easy Office Phone, a provider of Hosted PBX (News - Alert) business phone services, has expanded the Hosted PBX Dealer Program that the company delivers in North America.
The program has been designed for the benefit of dealers, and offers a good commission structure and a source of steady income for managed service providers, IT firms and hardware suppliers or installers. It does not require an investment.
“We understand that our dealers need to focus primarily on their core service offerings,” said Carl Watene, Easy Office Phone’s (News - Alert) VP of Sales and Channel Development, commenting on the additional benefits the program will give to existing businesses. “That’s why we’ve designed the program to facilitate a rapid sales cycle, with full training and a wide range of marketing resources. We give our dealers the right tools to succeed, and we back them with a dedicated Hosted PBX project manager and technician.”
The program is structured to reward partners optimally owing to its rich commission structure, with multiple levels of incentives. The program also delivers an intuitive interface that allows dealers to close sales easily from initial lead entry to converted account.
Besides speeding up the sales cycle, robust training and support resources are provided online for the benefit of dealers.
Easy Office Phone has enough experience in serving markets in North America and hence it can refer leads to dealers for follow up in their respective local areas. These leads can be followed up with in-person meetings and assessments.
It is expected that such referrals will become sales opportunities for dealers.
The additional services provided can be in the form of hardware sales, network consulting and value-added services, which will in turn lead to better customer retention and satisfaction, said officials.
The host company will leverage its robust network architecture as a backbone to deliver its program. Dealers and their customers will benefit from this offer of a network optimized for voice quality and reliability covering North America. The service also includes a responsive support team.
