Voxware Announces Availability of Cloud VMS

By Rahul Arora, TMCnet Contributor

Voxware (News - Alert), a provider of voice solutions, recently announced that its Cloud Voice Management Suite (Cloud VMS) is now available. Cloud VMS delivers all the productivity and accuracy boosts of a traditional voice deployment, allowing companies to better serve its customers without investing in costly IT infrastructure.

Because of the minimal IT setup, implementation can run less than three weeks. The solution also provides you with a more immediate ROI window. Without large up-front investments into infrastructure, the project pays for itself faster than a locally-hosted solution ever could. Because there is no large capital expenditure, no IT infrastructure to put in and no complicated project to staff and manage, entry cost is very low.

"With Cloud VMS, we have developed a low-cost, high-impact voice option for smaller to mid-size operations that delivers the same level of quality as our flagship on-premise offering," said Keith Phillips, president and CEO, Voxware, in a statement. "Introducing voice solutions to a new customer base extends our market potential and adds range to our well known product line. Evolving our voice solution and taking it to the cloud was a natural extension for us. The ease with which we can deploy and manage Cloud VMS simplifies our customers' installation processes and drives better business results."

Voxware, Inc., a Hamilton, New Jersey-based provider of voice picking software for warehousing operations has announced the availability of version 4.0 of Voxware 3. According to company officials, the new version is equipped with an expanded Enterprise Voice Manager, which is part of the Voxware Adaptive Voice Framework. The improvement will allow customers to deploy and manage voice picking applications from a single instance of software in a central data center, across many warehouses, even when warehouse layouts vary and voice workflows differ in each facility.
