Orange Business Services, the France Telecom-Orange (News - Alert) branch dedicated to B2B services, has signed an agreement with Kordsa Global, a in nylon and polyester yarn, cord fabric and single end cord producer, for network services to support the latter’s business-critical applications and systems.

According to the terms of the agreement, Orange Business Services (News - Alert) will provide Business VPN to Kordsa Global. Business VPN gives companies the flexibility: Internet, intranet, voice or telephony over IP, videoconferencing and collaborative tools. Regardless of the size of the company or how many sites clients operate, they can pick and choose just the services they want. And clients can also choose a customized profile for each site to match the service quality commitments they need.

“In order to ensure business continuity and to support our business critical applications, Kordsa Global worked with the team at Orange Business Services over a period of time to determine and develop the optimum solution,” said Global IT Director Tekin Gülsen, Kordsa Global, in a statement. “Together with the Orange team, we defined the technologies and designs that would best achieve our objectives in the long term. In addition to the solution itself, other supporting services such as proactive service support and project management to implement this highly complex solution were also critical for the success of the project.”
