The company is said to have chosen Broadview Networks’ OfficeSuite in an effort to more efficiently serve its growing client base.

“Our phones ring non-stop all day,” Daniel Bonstein, a partner at The Equinox Agency, said in a statement. “My client managers spend between half to three-quarters of their day on the phone, so not having a reliable phone system was a huge detriment to their ability to do their jobs.”

After careful consideration, The Equinox Agency is said to have chosen Broadview’s cloud-based business phone system, OfficeSuite, to upgrade its communications.

OfficeSuite resolved the agency’s problems by providing a reliable phone system and higher call quality. Aside from improving client communications, OfficeSuite has also enabled Equinox to increase its mobility, productivity and adaptability.

 “OfficeSuite is a great system. It’s easy to use, and the service is above expectation,” concluded Bonstein.

Broadview’s OfficeSuite took home two Stevie Awards from this year's American Business Awards. According to a recent statement, Broadview's OfficeSuite website won a Silver Stevie award in the category of Outstanding Telecommunications Website, and its Office Anywhere application won a Bronze Stevie award for New Cloud Service of the Year.
