Entisys Solutions, a top-tier consultant and integrator of virtualization solutions, has become a Mitel (News - Alert) authorizedPARTNER, enabling the delivery of advanced UCC solutions to Entisys customers in California.

Mitel authorizedPARTNERs must meet a series of stringent requirements in order to sell and support the company’s products in the marketplace. Company officials said these include ongoing training for sales and technical services; processes and benchmarks to provide quality customer service; and a high degree of expertise in voice communications, data networking and applicable applications such as virtualization, conferencing, collaboration, contact centers and mobility.

Strohl said that Mitel is well known for its industry leading innovation, and with the addition of Mitel virtual solutions to the company’s portfolio, the company is now able to offer customers a truly virtualized voice solution.

“Virtualized voice presents an enormous opportunity for us to offer complete, tailored solutions that are designed to meet customer specific needs and add maximum value to their business," he said.

Recently, Mitel, a provider of cloud and on-premises unified communications and collaboration (UCC) solutions, announced an agreement with the France-based service provider, OpenIP, which allows Mitel's cloud-based UCC software platform to integrate with OpenIP's cloud-based offering for system integrators and resellers in France.

As a result of the integration, OpenIP will introduce a suite of new monthly subscription business communication services based on Mitel's cloud telephony offering.
