TeleMate.Net Software Boosts its TeleMate Unified Call Management Product Line

TeleMate.Net Software has enhanced its TeleMate Unified Call Management product line.

The company specializes in providing voice monitoring and has been in this field since 1986. It recognizes the lack of solutions to address the area of voice network and aims to bridge this gap by leveraging Voice Security Information and Event Management (vSIEM). 


TeleMate.Net Software believes vSIEM can fill this gap as it provides business users a complete picture of how the network is being utilized.

This typically complicates the mining of valuable business insight, says TeleMate.Net Software.
