Broadview Networks (News - Alert) has recently been honored with the 2012 INTERNET TELEPHONY Excellence Award from TMC (News - Alert) for OfficeSuite, a cloud-based IP phone system.
OfficeSuite is the cloud-based phone solution from Broadview that enables businesses to build IP phone systems. The service also provides unlimited nationwide calling. Users can manage the service through an easy-to-use Web interface. The cloud-based service does not require capital investment, maintenance contracts, or additional IT resources from organizations.

The company has recently added new features such as the improved business hour management feature that helps customers set up their own call handling rules for different phones, and even for different office locations, based on business hours. This feature is ideal for organizations that have groups of employees with different work schedules.
Broadview Networks also enhanced its IP phone systems product portfolio with the addition of new products including Color Touch-Screen LCD Phone (News - Alert), LCD Phone and Wireless Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications (DECT (News - Alert)) handset and headset.
