The American Express (News - Alert) Small Business Saturday started in 2010 as a dedication to supporting small businesses nationwide and is observed between the Black Friday and Cyber Monday (News - Alert). As a gesture to observe the Small Business Saturday, CallFire has launched a special promotional opportunity for current and future customers.
The new promotional package is intended to help small business grow by utilizing the features of the CallFire telephony-driven text marketing and mobile messaging tools. As part of the package, any new signup or existing user will be receiving a complementary SMS keyword. Those who receive the keyword from Nov. 19 through Nov. 26 can add it into their digital marketing campaigns and invite customers to use that particular keyword to redeem promotional items and other incentives.

American Express stated that during its Small Business Saturday observance last year, more than 100 million people came out to shop at independently-owned small businesses and this year it is expected to be even bigger as businesses nationwide like CallFire are expected to get on board to offer their own customers collaborative support tools and programs.
CallFire claimed that its Text Broadcast campaign is an incredibly effective method for getting word out to one’s target audience as quickly as possible. One keyword allotted to signup users opens up a world of marketing opportunities for them when used together with other CallFire communications tools. Businesses using CallFire’s text marketing, virtual and auto dialing and mobile messaging tools are provided with the option to reach their customers on any device, over voice or text.
