Medicare is a hot button political issue these days as the presidential election draws near. But, as it stands, it can also be a confusing system, difficult for enrollees to understand and navigate. Thankfully, though, there are places to look for help with Medicare enrollment, including inbound call centers like the one from Consolidated Healthcare Solutions.
Consolidated Healthcare Solutions is a company that has specialized in Medicare health plans since 2008 and has operations in 16 states. It sought to create a website and inbound call center to help Americans who are over 65 navigate the changes to existing Medicare policy. This is an important time of year for this type of call center, as the open enrollment period for Medicare began on Oct. 15 and runs through Dec. 7.
The new inbound call center will be staffed with representatives who can help members get information and quotes that they need, helping them determine which Medicare health plan will meet their individual needs and budgets. With the addition of the CHS website, members can research their options all day, every day and enroll themselves when they have made a decision.
“The purpose of Consolidated Healthcare Solutions is to provide superior service to every Medicare member we touch, and to help them find a health and prescription plan that will meet their needs and budget. Our online internet program and Call Center exist to assist all Medicare members in the states we serve. We are here to help with their questions and needs,” said David Wallace, one of the partners of CHS.
