1-800 We Answer has finalized the purchase of Los Angeles area healthcare answering service, Medical Practice Solutions, Inc.
This move is part of the nationwide call center’s plan of regional expansion and will help it to offer sophisticated, easy-to-access call center solutions for local medical practitioners and the healthcare industry in Southern California.

The purchase was finalized shortly after Inc. magazine announced this list that shows the rank of the call center company at #2630. 1-800 We Answer secured an overall revenue growth of 91 percent between 2009 and 2012 and its president and CEO has ensured that the company has been recognized by several prestigious publications such as SmartCEO.
Acquisition of Medical Practice Solutions, Inc., appears to be a strategic move as statistics cited by the Los Angeles County Economic Development indicates healthcare accounting for about 10 percent of regional jobs in the Southern California economy.
Southern California hosts many medical research institutions and local healthcare practices.
Earlier this year 1-800 We Answer acquired a Kansas-based answering service company Partners 24/7. Before this move, the company expanded along the East Coast from Boston to Miami.
