All Web Leads Announced Expansion in Top Management

Following the acquisition of InsuranceLeads.com in February of this year, Austin based sales lead generation company All Web Leads recently expanded its management team with two key appointments. In a press release, the company said that David Thomas has been appointed the senior vice president of products, and Jim Luttenbacher will be the company’s new chief financial officer. Both men are Austin technology industry veterans.
In the press release, the company also announced that Marketing and Business Development expert Jamie Oliver has been promoted to the position of vice president of partner marketing.
Both Thomas and Luttenbacher have served in senior leadership roles at public and private sectors. Thomas brings with him more than 20 years of industry experience in diverse fields including software and hardware research and development for products and technologies including cloud-based services, network and physical security, networked and consumer video, multimedia, network management, operating systems, and content management. In his new role, Thomas will be responsible for all technology development and operations at All Web Leads.
A graduate of Syracuse University, Thomas held top executive positions in some of the biggest Texas companies, which included VP of Engineering at Trustwave, VP of Products at Mirage Networks (News - Alert), VP of Engineering at NovusEdge, and senior director of Engineering for Vignette Corporation.
As CFO, Luttenbacher will be responsible for working out the company’s business strategy. In addition to a strong academic background with degrees such as a BBA in Accounting from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Luttenbacher has more than 30 years of corporate financial management experience. Prior to joining All Web Leads, Luttenbacher help key financial positions at a number of public and private companies including Dave Pelz Golf, Lombardi Software, Hire.com (COO and CFO) and PcOrder.com. For nearly a decade he was associated with Hewlett Packard.
An MBA degree holder from Texas Tech University, Oliver brings a wealth of marketing and business development expertise to her new role. As vice president of partner marketing, she will be responsible for strategy and management of the company's partner marketing programs, including affiliates. Previously as the director of strategic alliances for the company, she reportedly developed the All Web Leads affiliate program. She held key marketing positions in the companies like Ziff Davis Media, and Time, Inc.

Last week, All Web Leads announced that its insurance lead generation brands were awarded top honors in a recent report titled The Leads360 Lead Industry Report: 2010 Year-End Review.
