Xpertdoc, a provider of document output automation solutions, and e-SignLive by Silanis, the world’s leading e-signature solution, have announced a partnership to integrate the two companies’ technology into a secure digital transaction service for insurance companies. Under the agreement, e-SignLive’s e-signature technology will be incorporated into the Xpertdoc customer communications management (CCM (News - Alert)) platform and associated Windows Phone native app.

e-SignLive has a strong reputation for the unmatched security of transactions using its e-signature service. By gathering evidence on both the document level and the process level before embedding it into the document itself, e-SignLive provides widely recognized legal protection and solves one of the major security issues brought on by the advent of the digital age. Because of the company’s expertise with the technology, experience in the insurance industry and considerable market share, e-SignLive was the perfect choice for integration into Xpertdoc’s CCM offering.

“The combination of two very modern technologies makes for a robust integration, providing a seamless, end-to-end transactional experience for customers that drives high adoption,” said Francis Dion, Xpertdoc’s CEO. “This is great news for the industry as it looks at harnessing the speed and power of digitalization, creating convenience for the customer and efficiency gains for the carrier.”

Xpertdoc hopes this integration will help its insurance carrier clients streamline customer communications without sacrificing the security of documents’ delivery, signatures and storage. e-SignLive includes workflow rules to help insurers and brokers maintain regulatory and compliance requirements, providing an additional useful feature for Xpertdoc’s customers. Companies using the solution will be able to retain their own security policies and storage procedures, ensuring that vendor independence is kept intact.

Tommy Petrogiannis, CEO and Co-founder of e-SignLive by Silanis, commented: “This technology partnership provides carriers with the ability to offer their clients and brokers the convenience of completing business transactions anytime, from anywhere on any device, driving high adoption while creating efficiencies.”
