Telcentris, Inc., introduced a robust instant-quote and contract creation tool, by leveraging sales software platform, MasterStream.
The new tool has especially been customized for Telcentris' (News - Alert) Channel Partner Program, and it has the ability to automate detailed quotes and proposals across the company's complete family of business services: hosted IP-PBX (News - Alert), SIP trunking and related Internet telephony solutions.
This automation enables agents to produce all required signature-ready order forms by answering a few simple questions. Telcentris new tool also generates instant e-mail templates to facilitate swift prospect and client communication.
Master agents can use the new tool to create multiple individual profiles for sub-agents. In addition to saving time, this gives global visibility into account activities, and enables sub-agents gain instant access to their own dashboard.
“We are continually evaluating new ways to simplify and enhance the user experience for our channel partners," said Tad Nikolich (News - Alert), director of sales at Telcentris, in a press release. "The MasterStream platform is considered to be the industry standard by many for its ease-of-use and speedy performance, and we are eager to provide this convenience to our partners."
"We're excited to be working with Telcentris to bring automation to their sales and back-office operations," said Jeff Fraser, president of SaleStream Software, the creator of MasterStream. "Telcentris has a highly comprehensive suite of solutions and our software will offer the company's channel partners faster access to Telcentris' diverse product offerings."
Those interested to know more about taking advantage of the new Telcentris instant-quote system can attend a free training webinar by MasterStream representative, Steve Roberts.
Roberts will speak on Monday, Nov. 8, at 11:00 AM PST.
