CTI Group (News - Alert), Inc recently announced the Silver Sponsorship for Broadsoft Connections which will occur at JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort in Phoenix, Arizona from Oct 16-19.
The company completes five years of having attended this event by 2011. Call recording solutions have been provided to the Broadsoft community by the CTI Group from a very long time.
As a leading developer of telecommunications solutions for fixed, mobile and converged communications, the commitment of CTI Group to provide new and improved solutions has grown in the segment of hosted VoIP and call recording. Solutions from CTIG are included by Broadsoft service providers in the products offered by them.
The release of SmartInteraction Suite adds reasonable strengths with the increase of ARPU. The SmartInteraction Suite offers a comprehensive platform to record, evaluate, and take action on valuable customer interactions based on phones.
In a release, Sid Rao, CTO of CTI Group, said, “We conducted surveys from our contact center customers to receive information on features and functionality expected by them from our communications management system in the entire development lifecycle of the SmartInteraction Suite. It is essential for us to deliver solutions that cater to requirements beyond the initial needs.
Integration of speech search and analytics within the Suite help organizations secure the customer’s voice. This allows them to recognize the vital trends that can bear significant impact on future sales.”
The platforms compatible with SmartInteraction Suite are BroadSoft's (News - Alert) BroadWorks UC platform, the Avaya Aura IP communications platform and Cisco's Unified Communications (News - Alert) Manager. The suite is a configurable toolset incorporating CTIG’s call recording solution-SmartRecord. It has an integrated speech search and analytics technology from Aurix (News - Alert).
The SmartInteraction Suite has been developed with the robustness demanded by large enterprises and contact centers. It offers the scalability required to meet the needs and budgets of the SMB and small to medium sized contact centers.
The Broadworks Call Recording Interface has been released recently. CTIG will present this solution to the new and existing partners wanting to migrate after the development and testing phase of this product.
Sid Rao also said, “This new interface is expected to provide our new and existing partners with a feasible alternative allowing us the continual support to customer’s demands.”
