After a successful ITEXPO West in Austin this past summer, SoTel Systems (News - Alert) will be back on the exhibit hall floor next week for ITEXPO East 2012 in Miami, FL. Aside from networking with new vendors, catching up with its partners and attending keynote and panel discussions, the SoTel team will be in attendance at booth #742 showcasing its portfolio of IP PBX and unified messaging solutions. Notably, the company will be featuring its SoSimple service for the second time since its release last year.
SoSimple is a single vendor solution that consists of a complete and customizable telephony package that can include your choice of IP PBX (News - Alert), handsets, SoTel SIP services as well as hardware warranties.
When customers sign up for a SoTel SIP connection service, they will also receive new VoIP telephony or UC platform equipment and business telephones. This program offers companies the opportunity to easily upgrade their phone system, while delivering new technology at a low cost.
Not only can SoSimple be tailored to fit each customer’s individual needs, but it is also available at an affordable price. Since it is a unified solution, customers will receive one monthly bill from the company that will include all hardware and services necessary for a complete unified messaging experience. This unified solution will scale to meet any customers’ current and future telecom needs. And the solution will never become obsolete since each system can be upgraded whether necessary for future technological changes or a company’s personal growth.
Another aspect of the company that SoTel prides itself in is its partners program. SoTel works with a variety of companies in the industry to distribute their products. In fact, at the company’s booth a representative from partnering company Epygi (News - Alert) Technologies will be present to showcase its Quadro 4L, a new product that has been added to its line of communication technology and will be distributed by SoTel.
Epygi's Quadro4L will expand the IP extensions capacity of that presently on the Quadro6L. The Quadro4L will allow customers to have a maximum of 24 IP phones, while also supporting two analog devices and four analog trunks. Epygi’s new solution delivers a wealth of IP PBX features and key benefits such as voicemail, auto attendant, on-hold music or messaging, caller ID with distinctive ringing, call pickup, paging and intercom and many others are built-in.
SoTel representatives will also be present at Sangoma Technologies (News
