Two companies specializing in various forms of phone services and online communication tools like VoIP have decided to work together to offer more options for customers. One of these companies is called Sonetel and has agreed to give all of its customers access to iNum (News - Alert) numbers. These numbers are managed by a company called Voxbone.
According to sources at MarketWatch, the two companies have had a working relationship since 2010, in which Voxbone (News - Alert) provided Sonetel more than 17,000 phone numbers.
What will make iNum numbers a great feature for Sonetel customers is that these numbers provide customers a single, portable number across various geographical locations. Sonetel customers will also be able to call other iNum numbers anywhere in the world for free.
“By providing every customer an iNum, Sonetel will extend the subscriber's range of free calling to include communications with all other iNum users, anywhere in the world,” the source stated.
These numbers are global and come from international number ranges of +883 5100.
Sonetel specializes in Voice services for global entrepreneurs that provide local phone numbers to customers worldwide. Read more about what the company has to offer on its website here.
Voxbone is a phone operator with self-owned licenses, telephone number ranges and a network infrastructure. The company's website can be found here.
Voxbone offers inbound communications, also referred to as direct inward dialing (DID).
