The TELES (News - Alert) IP Centrex covered all of their feature requirements and is supported with great service and support.
Officials at TELES describe the IP Centrex solution as a centralized, fully managed telephony service that will allow Quicknet to maximize infrastructure utilization through the convergence of voice and data. The solution is also scalable and provides carrier-grade reliability and availability.
In addition to a wide range of advanced and fully interoperable features, the IP Centrex will enable Quicknet to minimize OPEX (News - Alert) and CAPEX by negating the maintenance costs associated with separate voice and data networks, in addition to the expenses associated with equipment peering.

Officials at TELES said that this new deal represents a great opportunity for them to demonstrate product functionality in Scandinavia and for Quicknet's customers to profit from TELES advanced soft client portfolio and zero touch auto-configuration.
George Lunguran, TELES regional sales director, said that TELES is starting to be recognized as a vendor at the forefront of NGN developments and is now in an excellent position to support both carriers and end customers with advanced NGN solutions.
Headquartered in Berlin, Germany, TELES is a global NGN player with offices in Western Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.
The company provides worldwide wireline and wireless telephony service providers with complete Class 4 and Class 5 Softswitch solutions, VoIP gateways, and mobile gateways for GSM, CDMA, and UMTS networks.
