Boca Raton, Florida,-based unified communications solutions provider VoiceInterop, Inc. has added a new solution to its family of AudioMate IP Gateways, the AudioMate360i. The AudioMate360i has been tailored to work with Motorola's (News - Alert) iDEN radios and act as a communication tool for field service and public safety organizations and are being used by over 50 million subscribers worldwide.

The AudioMate360i acts as the gateway between an iDEN network and a 2-way radio network, such as those currently used by public safety, transportation, utilities, education, and other multi-billion dollar industries. The VoiceInterop (News - Alert) technology allows the user to take advantage of existing assets to enhance and expand communication capabilities without additional capital expenditures.
"True unified communications and interoperability require all communication devices to work together," said Larry Reid, CEO of VoiceInterop. "Our family of AudioMate 360 devices is affordable, elegantly simple, remotely administratable, and easy to install. The worldwide market for unified communications is expected to grow from $25 billion in 2008 to more than $48 billion in 2012 and we expect to capture our fair share of that huge market."
A wholly-owned subsidiary of Cleartronic, Inc., VoiceInterop has a proven track record in application development, systems integration. In addition to manufacturing and selling its series of patent-pending AudioMate360 IP gateway devices, the company also specializes in standards-based UC middleware application development and integration of IT/Telecom systems.
VoiceInterop’s solutions have been used for improving risk mitigation and promoting operational efficiencies for homeland security, public safety, first responders and business continuity.  Last month, TMCnet had reported that United States Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS’s) Office for Interoperability and Compatibility (OIC) has identified VoiceInterop as a Bridging System Interface (BSI) implementer.
