Telchemy, a provider of VoIP and IPTV (News - Alert) performance analysis technology, has launched version 2.0 of its SQmediator advanced VoIP performance management application.
Telchemy’s (News - Alert) SQmediator is stated to be a high performance server offering central collection, aggregation, and correlation of endpoint QoS/QoE reports in a VoIP performance management system. It provides near real-time visibility of user-perceived quality and faster problem identification.
The latest version comes with a new powerful, intuitive user interface that makes this rich performance and diagnostic data easy to navigate and actionable.
SQmediator Release 2.0 has a modular architecture and supports mid- to large-Enterprise IP telephony deployments from 500 to 500,000 users, and hosted PBX (News - Alert) and residential VoIP services with 10,000 to more than 10 million subscribers.
Key features of SQmediator Release 2.0 include intuitive multi-user Flash-based web UI, clickable charts, easy navigation, simple, intuitive presentation of detailed metrics.
Moreover, it demands only minimal technical expertise to understand data and identify problems. With expert analysis of call data, extensive description of problem types, faster problem identification, this newly launched version comes as a cost-effective solution for mid-sized businesses to large service providers.
The Release 2.0 also supports new SIP RTCP Summary Reports in addition to other common reporting protocols, offers automatic verification and repair of data reported from VoIP endpoints, automatic timestamp/ time zone correction and has a scalable distributed architecture. Another key feature is SNMP and Email alerts.
This version is tested for interoperability with a wide range of IP phones and routers.
