To respond to growing interest overseas, VoIP, SIP and Microsoft (News - Alert) product training, SIP-based IP PBX software player pbxnsip today
announced it has selected Top System as its software distributor for the Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Morocco telephony markets.
Under the partnership, pbxnsip (News - Alert) and Top System, a software house specialized in developing and distributing software applications, have implemented an integrated IP PBX (News - Alert) modular system with Top System Avonca product, in the region. The new IP PBX product is part of a new distribution agreement with pbxnsip.
The move comes in response to a growing demand for lawyers, solicitors and barristers to have a solid solution to help satisfy their internal network infrastructure and telephony requirements, pbxnsip said. For the last two years, Brussels-based Top System reported poor experience with other IP PBX products. So, the company approached the Avonca IP PBX issue with a new vertical application, pbxnsip. That application offers more security and rich features, the firm said.
Since signing the distribution contract with pbxnsip, Top System has already integrated its two remote sites in Brussels and Casablanca, Regis Scyeur, CTO Partner at Top System, said in a statement.
“We are convinced of the possibilities offered by the product,” Scyeur said. “Top System aims to offer its resellers the Avonca and pbxnsip product in French and Dutch and full pre and after sales support, training and consultancy on integrating pbxnsip with other applications.”
The partnership will help pbxnsip grow in French speaking communities, an area where the company experienced a lull in customers, said Jonathan Greenwood, CEO pbxnsip Europe Ltd.
“We have been looking for a strong distributor to support and consult the Belgium, Morocco and Luxembourg markets with the full backing of pbxnsip,” Greenwood said in a statement. “ Top System has a very good reputation and many years experience in supporting their channel and growing businesses successfully, I am very happy that we crossed paths and can see a great future for Avonca and pbxnsip working together.”
In related news, pbxnsip recently announced the launch of its new Leeds and London training suites. As TMCnet reported, the training suites are designed to help partners learn about the company, Microsoft applications, and third party.
