Vinculum Communications, Inc., a provider of Vintalk (News - Alert) Internet business grade phone services and Vintrex SIP Trunking solutions have entered into partnership with Xorcom, a privately-held IP-PBX manufacturer, to provide high quality SIP Trunks through Xorcom’s (News - Alert) partner channel to benefit small and medium-sized business customers world-wide.

Officials with Xorcom said that the company harnesses the power of Asterisk (News - Alert) Open Source IP-PBX – the most rapidly growing telephony platform in the world – to design and produce leading-edge hardware telephony solutions for commercial installations.

Company officials said that Xorcom offers the widest and most flexible range of solutions and hardware platforms in the Asterisk market. According to company officials, the Vintrex SIP Trunking solution bundled on Xorcom’s IP-PBX (News - Alert) is a perfect way for SMB customers to replace their existing analog phone lines with incumbent PSTN providers and benefit from immediate cost savings.

Customers, company officials said, can now better specify the exact number of lines they desire and receive a suite of Vintrex voice products including unlimited local calling, long distance to 31 countries, 411 directory service, E911, US and international DID’s with local number portability.

Xorcom partners will also benefit immensely by utilizing Vintalk’s US based customer care team to offload the burden of supplying technical support to end users, allowing them to concentrate exclusively on “sticky” customer acquisition.
