IP Telephony solutions provider Sangoma has announced Argentina-based GlobalThink Technology joined the company’s Global Partner Program as a Certified Application Partner in a bid to help further promote their new DENWA IP-PBX (News - Alert) solution.
GlobalThink, a developer of telecommunication solutions, recently introduced DENWA, which runs on Sangoma's telephony cards and offers customers high quality voice and audio as well as customizable solutions for their wireless, broadband, wireline and next gen. communications solutions.
“After just six months in the market, we received tons of great feedback for the ability of the PBX to support basic customers and the ability to auto update new features and versions – moving Denwa to the next level,” Diego Ghione, president of GlobalThink Technology recently told TMCnet in an interview.
Commenting on this latest announcement, Ghione also said, "Previously, open source PBX solutions lacked documentation and support. Leveraging Sangoma hardware and software, DENWA customers can now easily customize and configure their PBX applications without the need for in-house programming expertise."
"We made the decision to become a Certified Application Partner to ensure the highest level of product integration for our powerful suite of telecom solutions and to help build DENWA awareness within both the U.S. and Latin America."
Sangoma provides IP telephony solutions including data cards, voice cards, gateways and connectivity software used in leading PBX, IVR, contact center and data-communication applications worldwide.
Frederic Dickey, Sangoma director of marketing and product management also noted this latest announcement will help to further, “drive adoption in Latin America as well as the U.S.” especially as the adoption of IP-PBX solutions explodes in Latin America.
Sangoma made headlines just last week with the appointment of David S. Moore as Chief Financial Officer. Moore will oversee finance, human resources, investor relations, administration and logistics.
