Expert Technology Associates at New Facility Help American Executive Centers Benefit from Cost Savings and Improved Services

Expert Technology Associates (ETA), a provider of full-service business communications, has helped American Executive Centers, an executive suite company, which relocated its Exton, PA, office to a new facility in Malvern, PA, benefit from reduction in costs and improved services. Through their partnership with Expert Technology Associates (ETA) at the new state-of-the-art facility, American Executive Centers was looking at voice and carrier services cost savings of $70,000 a year and marked improvement in their customer billing process for phone usage. The company also benefited from ease in deployment of a cost-effective audio conferencing system.


In a release, Anne Senski, American Executive Centers' VP of Operations, said, "I immediately thought, 'You know what, they really get it. They really know how to partner with their customers, they know how to treat their employees well. And we were looking for a company to partner with that would really help us take our services to the next level."

The decision to switch to ETA which extended resources and increased savings as well as improved level of partnership for both American Executive Centers and their clients was an easy one to take for the company as ETA clearly demonstrated viable processes which could bring a significant cut in carrier costs for American Executive Centers. ETA demonstrated how by eliminating close to 170 POTS (Plain Old Telephone System) lines across seven sites serviced by American Executive Centers and by merging their faxes with their Inter-Tel (now Mitel) Axxess phone system, the company could benefit from a reduction in costs. Furthermore, ETA showed that by switching their carrier to PAETEC, American Executive Centers were looking at a 40% cut in operating costs for phone/telecom services each month.

ETA Sr. Network Services Specialist Paul Weiss said, "By taking the time to fully understand their phone system and carrier layout to great detail, we were able to bring an idea to the table that their previous vendors never did in their 10 year history. We not only created an immediate impact, we laid foundations for the eventual adoption of SIP and VoIP technologies to further enable consolidation, cost savings and infrastructure simplification."
