TMC recently named IQDialogue ASM (News
- Alert) from IneoQuest Technologies as a recipient of the 2011 INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award. The winners for the 14th annual Product of the Year Awards are selected on the basis of providing creative and unique new products for the IP communications industry. The INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award is being given for the 5th consecutive time to IneoQuest (News - Alert), as the company has consistently released innovative products to the marketplace.

IQDialogue ASM is a Quality of Service (QoS) probe for adaptive streaming video networks which carefully examines, analyzes and troubleshoots CDN networks to meet the demands of providing high quality video to multiple devices. The probe also takes on the responsibility of passively monitoring live adaptive streaming sessions, giving users a robust platform that can be used to analyze performance metrics and solve technical issues in quick time.

In other news, IneoQuest Technologies recently announced a solution for operators looking to manage the mobile video experience.The company said that the new addition to its video assurance solution includes a software library that can be built into video applications for mobile devices, computers and connected TVs. Through a scalable cloud platform called cMAC, performance and usage data is collected in the cloud and then aggregated for advanced analytics of end client devices.
