CTI's SmartRecord Certified for Integration with Avaya Aura IP Communications Platform

CTI Group (News - Alert) Inc. announced that its call recording solution, SmartRecord has been certified for integration with Avaya (News - Alert) Aura IP communications platform.


The company is an international provider of enterprise communications management software and services, carrier class voice over internet protocol or VoIP management applications, enterprise and carrier class call recording solutions and electronic invoice processing and management or EIM services.

According to company sources the delivery of SmartRecord along with Avaya Aura IP communications platform enables a Web-based, highly scalable and multi-tenant call recording platform that can operate in virtualized or VM environments.

SmartRecord provides a cost effective call recording solution that offers resellers a simple, straightforward installation process and self-care upgrade tools. According to CTI sources it has been designed especially to meet the demands of any organization, regardless of size or form. It provides a bespoke and flexible solution that introduces new markets to the channel.

The unique features offered by the call recording application include VMware certification that offers the confidence that SmartRecord can meet demands of global virtualization platforms. The extensive multi-tenancy feature offers flexible administration for supporting unique divisional and departmental requirements besides allowing automatic call categorization to synchronize and simplify business processes to improve workflow.

The dual-tone multi-frequency or DTMF media clip generation is enabled by entering a simple soft key sequence at the beginning and end of relevant conversations. Also users can create media clips with automatic e-mail distribution capabilities.

The integration of SmartRecord with Proteus (News - Alert) the call accounting and reporting tool from CTI helps resellers to offer their customers a complete unified communications or UC solution. This integration empowers organizations with the business intelligence or BI and business process management or BPM tools required to enhance their UC system’s efficiency.

Also this certification will provide more cost effective value-add opportunities that will lead to increased profit margins and reduced customer churn, confirmed company officials.
