Not only did SIP trunking and VoIP telephony pioneer Broadvox (News - Alert) conclude the 2011 Partner Summit yesterday in Dallas, but the company also revealed its new secure Internet presence cloud-based solution to sales channel partners, equipment manufacturers and other industry experts who attended the two-day, invitation-only event.
GO!Services, a hosted cloud solution for businesses seeking a cost-effective way to broaden their online presence, enables small- and medium-sized businesses and enterprises to seamlessly enhance existing infrastructure and create a tailored, maintenance- and hassle-free hosted solution. Business Web hosting, e-mail management, e-commerce and professional services all fall under Go!Services’ umbrella of product groupings.
Summit attendees also got a close glimpse of GO!Services’ counterpart, GO!VBX Managed, on the first day of the event. Both cloud solutions are the result of a collaborative effort between Broadvox and Cypress Communications (News - Alert), which also had executive management teams in attendance. GO!VBX Managed is a fully managed hosted VoIP and PBX solution offering QoS from the handset to the cloud. The GO!VBX Managed product includes LAN Services and routers, as well as optional phone leasing, at a fixed monthly price.
Awards were granted to winners in several sales categories for 2010 during an award ceremony that officially concluded the summit. Chad Krantz, executive director of channel sales for Broadvox, also recognized the accomplishments of many of the Broadvox sales channel partners.
Cross/Talk Communications, a telecommunications company based in Dallas and Houston, Texas, garnered the Top Independent Agent Award; while Apolo Communications of Wichita, Kan., was named in the runner-up spot. Chicago-based Telecom Brokerage (News - Alert) was honored with the Top Master Agent award, with Connectivity Source, Inc., of Raleigh, N.C., following closely behind. Outstanding Performance Awards were also received by second-place winners.
