Rarus Technologies’ Zngle social media network unveiled version 1.2 of the Zngle iPhone App which is now available on the Apple (News - Alert) iTunes Store.

The company is expected to submit version 1.3 with more features and improvements. Zngle’s development team is collecting member feedback which was incorporated into version 1.2. such as video calling and group chat. 

 “We’re very pleased to have accomplished the milestone of releasing version 1.2 of the Zngle App and is now working to bring users even more functionality through the future release of version 1.3 which will include more features such as VoIP calling,” said Manfred Ruf, CEO of Rarus. “Many of the features in release 1.2 were created in response to member feedback and we’d like to thank all members who provided us with this valuable input.”

VoIP calling was not added in version 1.2 owing to technical challenges. The development of the VoIP feature was more complex than originally forecast, added Ruf.

But the company is striving to provide more services to members and keep Zngle fresh and interesting. Rarus is working earnestly on developing version 1.3 according to customer requirements. It is expected to be released in a couple of weeks. The status of the Android (News - Alert) version will also be revealed then.

Zngle, Inc. is the primary subsidiary of Rarus Technologies. Zngle.com is designed be a centralized Internet portal and social media website that features voice/text messaging, video E-mail and mobile technologies. Consumers will be able to access real-time information about various products and services via augmented proximity reality search features.

In June 2012, Rarus Technologies announced its version 1.1 of the Zngle iPhone (News - Alert) App on the Apple iTunes Store. Based on feedback, Zngle version 1.2 was planned with Video and VoIP calling. But now they are expected to be added in the next version, revealed officials.
