ZYCOO Intros New Products, Offers Training at Dubai Location

Advances in technology are always good for business, as long as the advances are in line with budget guidelines. The combined solution is designed to meet the needs of the organization seeking to integrate IP phones, VoIP trunks and ISDN BRI connectivity, delivering advanced telephony features. Smaller environments with no more than 30 users are ideal for this solution. The company can then connect to their telco or add SIP to their legacy PBX to achieve full VoIP functionality, streamlining internal communications to better meet user needs.

The U20-2BRI is built on powerful open source Asterisk (News - Alert) 13 capability, yet it’s positioned outside of standard cloud restrictions. For instance, there are no ongoing per user costs, which will significantly reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) over the life of the product. Advanced features available with the solution include call recording and monitoring, ring group, inbound IVR queues, conference rooms, time rules, virtual fax mobility extension, call divert and follow me, remote working and so much more.

The products were the featured showcase for ZYCOO at the recent Gulf Information Technology Exhibition held at the World Trade Center, Dubai. The company showcased its new products and innovations, while at the same time providing technical trainings in its MENA Office in Dubai. Clients in attendance for the training enjoyed a hands-on experience and configuration of ZYCOO products in a live environment.

Training participants had the opportunity to install the CooCall softphone and then experience CooVox extension mobility. Features included call recording, voice quality, voice mail, customization and conference calling. Following the training, attendees had the opportunity to complete an online certification exam. Those who passed received their ZCIA certificate.

Roughly 60 individuals attended the live training, earning the opportunity to test for their ZCIA certificate. This opportunity not only extends the value of ZYCOO solutions, it also demonstrates the company’s dedication to its customers’ success, a key move in a competitive market.
