ZYCOO IP PBX Interoperable with Synway Gateway
December 19, 2016
One of the most important features for a successful solution to have is interoperability with other solutions. It doesn’t matter how great an offering is; if it doesn’t work well with a company’s existing software, it won’t be as popular as other products.
Synway (News - Alert), a VoIP-enabling technologies provider in China, understands this problem and is working with applications and solutions providers worldwide. The company’s long-term goal is to have partnerships with vendors of cloud-based unified communications, thus allowing it to provide enterprises and SPs with a complete range of cloud-based applications, including video and audio conferencing, contact center, IP PBX (News - Alert), unified messaging, social media services and more.
In Synway’s latest endeavor to reach this goal, it has teamed up with ZYCOO. ZYCOO is a developer of VoIP telephony systems and unified communication and collaboration solutions, specializing in IP PBX. Due to the two companies joining forces, ZYCOO’s CooVox V2 series IP PBX is now interoperable with Synway’s SMG1000~SMG4000 series gateway, and vice versa.
ZYCOO’s CooVox V2 series IP PBX offers a variety of features that are designed to fit every small and medium business’ (SMB) needs. These features include everything from simple calling to unified communication and collaboration functions. Some of the more popular functions are remote extensions, remote office connection, IVR, call recording and call detail records (CDR). ZYCOO believes these features are essential to every SMB because they enable the companies to grow without being held back by outdated technology.
Now that the IP PBX and gateway are interoperable, ZYCOO’s IP PBX is more reputable. Additionally, it can easily be deployed by companies already using Synway’s gateways—which, given that the company is dedicated to helping VoIP companies, is likely a large number of businesses.
Hopefully the products’ interoperability with each other will improve service for businesses and help both ZYCOO and Synway reach their goals of improving VoIP’s adoption rates in the business world.
