IP-based communications are a critical component to today’s workplace, making not just the selection of one’s UC or UCaaS provider important, but the endpoint as well. Built on a foundation of ambition and innovation, Yealink has created a reputation as a global leader in providing IP end points. So much so, that its industry leading products are garnering an expanded footprint and industry attention. Case in point, Germany now has access to the Yealink (News - Alert) product link courtesy of a new partnership with KOMSA.
KOMSA is now Yealink’s official distribution partner in Germany; it is authorized to address questions, marketing and technical issues and is capable of offering the entire Yealink hardware product suite – from IP phones to video conferencing solutions.
According to Anja Kratzer, head of product management at KOMSA, Yealink guarantees that its innovative products are compatible with commonly-used communication and network solutions and can therefore be used flexibly. “That is a good portfolio for any retailer that provides services to business customers in the rapidly growing UC solutions sector and would like support in switching to all-IP and cloud communication,” remarks Kratzer.
As a result of the newly minted partnership, Germany’s corporate customer sector gains access to an industry leading portfolio, timely and reliable delivery of said portfolio, in addition to diligent customer support – partner support as well as the KOMSA Technical Assistance Centre.
KOMSA is a value added distributor that aids businesses from start to finish – from idea to reality, each deployment is a team game. It helps, especially in a crowded space like cloud communications or IP phones. The landscape is crowded and can be overwhelming, so it’s nice to have a trusted source to point you in the right direction.
“KOMSA, with a very strong, technically skilled product specialists team, offers fast, reliable processes and services, which our joint customers truly value. We are very excited to expand our global partner network with KOMSA. The relationship with KOMSA further strengthens our commitment to customers in Germany,” said Stone Lu (News - Alert), Vice President at Yealink.
Yealink continues its conquest of the IP phone market. Adoption is contagious, particularly when discussing a future-forward and feature rich product set.
Stay tuned, as I’m sure we’ll hear more from the IP phone maker in the not too distant future.
