When putting a puzzle together, obviously the pieces must fit perfectly to match the box’s illustration. Whatever your method may be to completing the project, the end goal remains the same – a seamless product. Piecing together a communications solution is quite similar, as all the components must work as one to offer an exceptional experience. No matter how “industry-leading” the solution you select may be, without quality endpoints, the efforts are all for not. It is for this reason interoperability testing is more prevalent than ever, with Yealink spreading its market presence as a result.
Recently, Yealink (News - Alert) announced a successful round of interoperability testing with the Broadsoft Business BroadWork call control platform. In specific, this includes the Yealink T4S series of IP Phones, T2 series in addition to the T4 series. The announcement formalizes a pairing of future-forward and feature-rich global leading IP endpoints and an exceptional cloud UC platform.
“We have a long-standing relationship with Yealink and are pleased to recognize Yealink as a BroadSoft (News - Alert) Solutions Partner,” said Taher Behbehani, Chief Digital Marketing Officer. “Our joint efforts have been deepening for years and we are glad to complete interoperability testing with Yealink phones and BroadSoft," he added. "The completed testing expands our service providers’ product offerings and helps our business customers connect and collaborate effectively.”
Now, businesses have access to a wide spectrum of IP phones while enjoying the benefits of one of the industry’s best communications solutions. For instance, with the T4S series, users can enjoy Optima high-definition audio quality, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity along with all the capabilities required for collaboration.
“We are very excited to see our full series of desktop phones added to the BroadSoft platform,” said Stone Lu (News - Alert), Yealink Vice President. “This is the direct result of our firm commitment to BroadSoft solutions and it reflects our longstanding effort to expand the benefits we offer our mutual customers,” added Mr. Lu. “The completion of testing includes our upcoming T4S series and we very much look forward to future cooperation with BroadSoft as we continue delivering more innovative endpoint solutions globally for businesses of all sizes.”
The future is bright for both firms. As Yealink continues to augment presence and partners, 2017 is shaping up as the year of Yealink. Only time will tell what the future holds for this firm built on ambition and innovation, but stay tuned, as I’m sure the Yealink team is not resting on laurels.
