Verimatrix's VCAS to Enhance Video Content and Revenue Streams for IPTV Channels

Verimatrix (News - Alert), with its latest award-winning Verimatrix Video Content Authority System (VCAS) for IPTV
solution, has included enhanced system status and performance monitoring, professional receiver support and fully enabled wholesale/retail distribution of video-on-demand (VOD) content.
Verimatrix’s VCAS was designed to protect the content and enhance revenue streams while combating digital piracy. Its content security experts maintain close relationships with major studios and broadcasters to help address the challenges pay-TV networks faces, according to the company.

Verimatrix’s VCAS solutions have surpassed a count of 4 million screens protected which is more than twice its customer license in less than a year.
Several VCAS for IPTV channel partners will demonstrate their value add and market focused emphasis on alternative networks, layered security and wholesale/retail management in Verimatrix's booth at-C1851- at the NAB 2008 show.
