TVN Entertainment Corp., a television on-demand company, has entered into a long-term agreement with IP-PRIME, a provider of outsourced IPTV

services.
As per the agreement, TVN will provide its comprehensive suite of VOD content and asset management services as part of IP-PRIME's service solution. The pact also allows IP-PRIME operators full access to TVN's comprehensive on-demand products and services.
TVN offers programs from every content category, including all Studios and Event providers, hundreds of Broadcast and Cable Network VOD packages, and VOD-exclusive channels, such as the Karaoke Channel, RipeTV and Research Channel.
