Alert), a leading name in the connected-car revolution, has integrated Voyager in-car Mobile Internet Protocol TV with Microsoft's MSN Autos Gas Price Finder so that enabling drivers of cars can leverage Voyager to find the best, closest fuel prices in real time.
Users can add a GPS upgrade module to Voyager to automatically activate the Gas Price Finder feature. Voyager users will then be able to click an on-screen button to automatically feed their location to Microsoft's (

"Gas prices are a topic of high concern for people right now," said Howard Leventhal, Chief Executive Officer of USTelematics. "We saw an opportunity to help folks deal with this serious economic issue in a technology-enhanced way and decided to implement this feature in Voyager."
Apart from the additional cost of adding Voyager's GPS Module to a Voyager installation, users won’t have to pay anything more for using this Gas Price Finder feature beyond the ongoing monthly cost of connecting Voyager to EVDO broadband services.
"In one respect this may be thought of as further economic justification for subscribing to the wireless broadband services required to connect your kids to live TV programs in the back seat," said Mr. Leventhal. "As we prepare Voyager to hand-off to others for manufacturing and distribution, we continue to enhance its value and functionality."
