TV said it plans to offer 30-day Internet TV stations to selected businesses. Trials will begin June 1, with all the benefits of a fully-paid Wi-Fi TV station. Plus, the stations will pre-qualified for delivery through the Wi-Fi TV Web site.
The 30-day trial is a “no obligation” offer: businesses can cancel by the end of the period and pay nothing. Initially, trials will be offered to car dealerships, real estate agents, consultants, churches and other organizations.
Wi-Fi TV provides a new type of video content delivery, using the Internet. On its Web site, the company provides access to hundreds of TV “stations,” each with a live chat box for discussing the programming with others who are watching. The Web site also lets people view breaking news in different countries, and for various categories. Plus, a free dialer application can be downloaded for making phone calls and hosting live video parties related to the online video programming.
Businesses and organizations that set up an Internet TV station from Wi-Fi TV get complete, 24/7 control over content, video and banner ads, links to the company’s own Web site, logo, URL, RSS news feeds, weather, and other features.
All Wi-Fi TV stations feature Wi-Fi TV Live Chat, enabling viewers to discuss programming with others. The Live Chat is specific to the programming being played. In addition, Wi-Fi TV promotes access to new stations through informational links on the ClickerTape that runs across the top of most TV stations.
Companies can use a Wi-Fi TV station to generate more revenue by building brand awareness to wider audiences, by selling sponsorships to shows and by placing banners ads and video ads on the station. Also, companies benefi from press releases distributed by Wi-Fi TV about the station and the business.
Wi-Fi TV stations are priced starting at $25,000. With a 50 percent minimum down payment, each station can be financed over 24 months.
