TiVUS, a provider of Internet-based TV and cable programming, interactive game content, and goods and services to the hotel/hospitality industry, announced it is offering high-definition Internet Protocol television (HD IPTV (News - Alert)) entertainment and in-room Wi-Fi solutions to coastal resort properties.

Leveraging advanced IPTV services from TiVUS, these remote and virtually unserved hotel resort properties can offer better technological amenities to guests.

This initiative is a significant development for the coastal resort industry as they are unable to match entertainment and connectivity solutions available in major properties in the heart of the city.

Leveraging TiVUS entertainment solutions, coastal resorts can solve entertainment problems, using a pure IP-based satellite head-in. Resorts can now feed rich selections of worldwide programming in guests' own language.

TiVUS HD IPTV solution for resorts also delivers secure, reliable broadband Internet access and interactive on-screen guest services such as ordering room service, scheduling spa appointments, and room folio access.

Recently, TiVUS announced its partnership with InfoValue Computing, a supplier of IPTV middleware application solution, to integrate InfoValue’s technology in TiVUS' HD IPTV entertainment system for the hotel/hospitality industry.
