Kovarus acquires Back Office Architects

Kovarus, Inc., a technology consulting company, has acquired Back Office Architects, an information technology (IT) services firm that delivers Microsoft and Virtualization solutions. Both the companies are based in the US.

Deal Rationale
The acquisition will provide new and existing customers with a more robust offering of business-aligned IT solutions to Kovarus, and also provides its customers end-to-end solutions in the Microsoft stack and bridging those solutions to its cloud offerings.
According to Kovarus, in addition to Kovarus' deep expertise in data center technologies such as virtualization, server, storage, networking and cloud computing, the combined entity will now include the proven Microsoft application expertise that customers require including support for Windows Server, Exchange and Active Directory.
