Apliman (News - Alert) Technologies, provider of IVR installations, call center, messaging, voice, VAS and roaming solutions in a number of Middle Eastern and African countries, has announced said that it’s all set to introduce the newest in roaming services to increase revenues from roaming traffic, improve inter operator tariff (IOT).
For roamers, the new offering will provide “better services” and a smoother user experience, the company notes.
In addition, Apliman solutions have been designed to provide value for operators as the offerings ensure that mobile subscribers can share their special moments, make urgent calls and communicate efficiently with business colleagues, friends, or family.
Additionally, Apliman solutions offer subscribers services such as music, games, news, and more that lead to higher average revenue per user (ARPU) for operators and greater customer loyalty.
As part of the latest offerings, the company said it will offer new value added services meant to deliver a multimedia-rich experience for communications and motivate VAS day-to-day usage with including features for voicemail, voice short message service (SMS), collect call, background music, missed call notification, unit transfer, call me, credit me, auto dialer, conferencing and other voice and messaging services.
Last year, the company announced it signed an agreement to install its Collect Call and Caller ApliClip solutions for Lonestar Cell, Liberia.
The company also made headlines with the announcement that its Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system enriched Entertainment to Mobile International’s (E2M’s) portfolio of services.
