IVR Technology Group Acquires Lance Tech
IVR Technology Group (ITG) has said that it continues to drive into the healthcare support arena via the acquisition of Lance Tech, the company known for development of sophisticated customer Web based applications.
“The combination of both Lance Tech and IVR Technology Group creates a formidable solution provider in healthcare as well as the many other verticals that IVR Technology Group services with their hosted IVR voice and SMS text applications,” said Akash Desai, CIO at IVR Technology Groups.
In the Long Term Care space, Lance Tech primarily addresses electronic health record systems for provider groups and health plans.
Mike Byrne, president at IVR Technology Group, believes that the company focus in healthcare will benefit from Lance Tech’s existing healthcare customer base.
Lance Tech has been developing and selling web based software solutions to their clients and now through ITG, Byrne said, adding that the Company can now offer Interactive Voice Response and SMS/Text messaging solutions to enhance these same Web-based solutions.
ITG provides businesses a suite of phone automation services to enhance customer conversations, drive sales and lower costs. Leveraging the company’s services, business users, marketers and developers can create solutions ranging from simple call routing solutions to advanced interactive voice response, cloud based applications and virtual support systems.
“With the increased integration of information systems across different media, it makes sense for IVR Technology Group to acquire Web development and business process consulting expertise to add to its long list of hosted application solutions,” Desai said.
Earlier this year, the company released iCall (News - Alert), a feature rich streamlined approach to automated outbound call processing.
