Voxify Tops the List in Ovum's Cloud IVR Decision Matrix

Voxify, specializing in customized, fully-integrated self-service solutions, has been selected to be included in the top category for a speech application vendor in Ovum’s (News - Alert) Cloud-based Speech Self-Service Solutions Decision Matrix.
Ovum sources revealed that Voxify has been placed among the highest-rated “shortlist” category owing to its market position and optimized speech applications. Also, Voxify had the highest rating in the Technology Assessment section and ranks high on the End-User Sentiment section of the Decision Matrix.
In a release, Daniel Hong, Lead Analyst, Customer Interaction, Ovum said, “Voxify continues to expand its market presence and reach by focusing on delivering intelligent self-service applications and a vendor-agnostic approach to deployment. Voxify’s customer responses highlight its strong commitment to its customers.”
Voxify leads the other vendors in the Technology Assessment section especially in the features and capabilities category. Voxify’s Expert Service Portal (ESP) helps callers to understand requests and coordinates call resolution via live agents or downstream self-service applications.
The company’s applications are able to deliver intelligent interactions by leveraging data integration, customer segmentation, and personalization technologies, added sources.
It was revealed that the End-User Sentiment section of the Decision Matrix is based on customer evaluations and highlights the good impression created by Voxify product quality and service. In the product quality category Voxify’s speech applications were adjudged highly on merit.
Also the service capabilities category scored high as Voxify’s Universal Managed Service provides continuous improvement and delivers optimized solutions throughout the application lifecycle, clarified officials.
